Auburn Municipal Civil Service
Special Meeting – 3/27/08 Minutes
Chairman Welch called the meeting to order at 11:00am. Civil service clerk Anna Hlywa took the roll call: Present was Comm. Welch. and Comm. Camardo.
Comm. Brennan. and Secretary Fulton excused.
Also present were Mayor Quill, Karen Green, Director of Human Resources, Chief Hammon, Chief Giannotta, Union President Steve Parker and various members of the Auburn Fire Department.
Commissioner Welch motion to certify lists for Asst. Fire chief #72-978 and Fire chief
#66-538.
Commissioner Camardo second the motion. Motion carried 2-0.
Results of the tests were distributed to those in attendance.
Commissioner Welch questioned if the public had any questions – no response.
Commissioner Camardo motioned to adjourn. Commissioner Welch 2nd. Motion carried 2-0.
