Minutes –Meeting December 3, 2009 11:00 am
Commissioner John Brennan called the meeting to order at 11am.
Roll Call by Secretary Bill Fulton: Commissioner John Brennan, Commissioner Jack Hardy and Commissioner John Camardo. Also present Corporation Counsel, John Rossi , Fire Chief, Mike Hammon and City Manager Mark Palesh
Approve minutes of meetings held on November 5, 2009. Commis. Camardo motioned to approve. Commissioner Hardy 2nd. Motion carried 3-0.

New Business
· Certify the Eligible list #62-008 for the School Personnel Clerk. Commis. Camardo motioned to approve. Commissioner Hardy 2nd. Motion carried 3-0. List is eligible for a min of one year maximum of four.
· Employee changes from November 2009 - Present
· Upcoming schedule
· Bill Fulton brought to the table that the need to order a Sanitation Foreman test has been brought to us. Would like to discuss if we will offer it promotional and/or open competitive. Bill reviewed min. Qualification and discussion was had. Motion was made by Commis,. Camardo to order both promotional an open competitive. Commissioner Hardy 2nd. Motion carried 3-0
· Request for Executive Session to discuss possible disqualifications from active eligible lists. Commis. Camardo motioned to approve. Commissioner Hardy 2nd. Motion carried 3-0.
· Group rejoins after executive session. Commis. Camardo motioned to adjourn meeting. Commissioner Hardy 2nd. Motion carried 3-0.
