Commissioner John Brennan called the meeting to order at 1pm
Roll Call by Secretary Bill Fulton: Commissioner John Brennan, Commissioner John Camardo and Commissioner Jack Hardy. Also present City Comptroller Lisa Green and Superintendent of Public Works, Jerry Delfavero.

· Attached request from City Comptroller, Lisa Green and City Manager, Mark Palesh requesting title changes for clerical positions in the Finance Department specifically in Utility Billing.
· Attached request from Superintendent of Public Works, Jerry DelFavero and City Manager, Mark Palesh requesting title changes for clerical positions in the Public Work Garage.
Lisa Green: Thank you for having the special meeting today.
Commis. Brennan: Has everyone had a chance to read the requests from Jerry & Lisa? Does anyone have any questions?
Commis Hardy & Commis Camardo: Yes, we read. No questions.
Commis Camardo: I motion to approve both clerks to account clerks.
Commis. Hardy 2nd motion. Motion carried 3-0.
· If above title change is approved - Attached request from City Manager Mark Palesh and Superintendent of Public Works, Jerry DelFavero to reinstate Erica Turner as an Account Clerk in the Public Works Garage.
Commis Camardo: Jerry you want to explain.
Jerry DelFavero: Susan just retired and we made her position a clerk – which is what just was approved. Erica is a clerk now but her duties are more in line as an account clerk as the letter states. She was hired as an account clerk and I have been trying to get her in this pay scale for 3 years as she deserves - this is the first year the city manager approved it.
Commis Hardy motion to approve the reinstatement. 2nd by Camardo. Motion carried 3-0.
