Public Announcements Clerk read.
Presentation of Petitions and Communications The City Clerk read a letter from Kevin Dyer, 6 Brister Ave. thanking council for the new skate park.
Mayor Carnicelli announced that Auburn High School Coach Steve Crosby announced that 2 AHS Lacrosse players have received college scholarships. Ryan Blair will go to the University of North Carolina and Travis Tan to LeMoyne College.
First Reading Ordinances and Local Laws - None
Work Session Snow Removal
Dave Tehan, Assistant Corporation Counsel and Jerry DelFavero, Public Works Director reviewed the City s snow removal ordinance and reported a need for amending it to include guidelines regarding snow removal on to public streets, sidewalks and rights of way. Mr. Tehan submitted a draft for council to consider. Council discussed and commented.
Other Business
Councilor Mason announced that the Auburn Historic Sites Commission is sponsoring State of the Sites Night on November 28, 2001 at Willard Memorial Chapel, 17 Nelson St. Auburn. It begins at 6:30PM and admission is free.
Public to be Heard
Bill Jacobs, 95 Cottage St. comment on the snow removal issue and suggested that ADA issues be included in ordinance on snow removal.

Mayor Carnicelli reminded Council that the next meeting would be Monday November 19, at 5:00PM.
